I am bursting with excitement this morning- firstly I have realised why I am more confident– in the glove relaxation mp3 you mention "calm and confident" quite a few times- I'm listening to it daily so it must be that!

Secondly yesterday when I did glove relaxation an amazing thing happened within minutes of hearing your voice my hands which were clasped on my tummy tingled and from my hands down to the tip of my toes went numb, my whole lower half was no longer part of me!- I even skipped the cold stage- I was just numb. my stepdad came in so I opened my eyes- and I stayed in this calm relaxed state until I went to bed. I know you know all this already but it was amazing- I've managed to numb parts of my body and I have managed all the calmness before but this felt on a total different level especially as I managed to do it whilst talking to my mum and stepdad. it was a real WOW moment!!!

Others like to use a combination of both as, with the exception of the stages that take you into the state of trance, they are completely different and they like the variety.
